IT Team
The technical backbone responsible for system development, maintenance, and technical support. It optimizes ERP and WMS, ensures data and hardware security, and integrates data across all business processes.

Operations Team

The operational core focused on efficiency. It manages e-commerce accounts, orders, and inventory, while analyzing market trends to optimize product selection, pricing, and promotions.

Service Team

Acting as the client liaison, the Service team delivers end-to-end support. It provides pre-sales consultation, monitors order status, and promptly addresses after-sales issues such as returns and logistics exceptions. With standardized processes, it ensures client needs are fully met.

Business Team

As the growth engine, the Business team drives partnerships and resource integration. It sources global suppliers, negotiates cooperation terms, explores new clients, and expands sales channels, connecting upstream and downstream resources to broaden market coverage.
